Never Pause to Write a Note Again
ClipScribe runs quietly in the background on your Android device. When you hear something important in a clip, a short, a lecture, or a reel, just trigger the capture. We'll grab the last 45 seconds, transcribe it, and have it ready for your notes or AI chatbot.

Privacy & Security Questions
How does retroactive capturing work?
ClipScribe maintains an ephemeral 45-second audio loop directly in your device's memory. When you tap the capture button, this memory buffer is compiled and sent for transcription. Audio older than 45 seconds is automatically discarded and never saved or stored locally.
Is my audio kept private?
Yes. Audio loop processing happens entirely in-memory on your device. The audio data is only sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for the duration of the transcription request, which is processed ephemerally and immediately discarded. We do not store your raw audio files on our servers.
Why does Android show a "recording" or "screen capture" notification?
To capture internal system audio (audio coming from other apps like YouTube, TikTok, or browser players), Android requires the MediaProjection permission, which triggers a system notification. This is a security measure to make sure you know audio is being captured.
When will the iOS version be available?
Apple does not allow apps to capture system audio from other apps due to sandbox restrictions. We are actively researching workarounds and plans for an iOS waitlist. Sign up with iOS platform selected to get updates.
